John E. Palermo
John joined Edward M. Bernstein & Associates in 2011 in our Social Security Disability Department. Prior to joining the firm, John started his legal career handling workers compensation claims in California. In 2006 John joined the Nevada Bar. He began his Nevada practice representing people in personal injury cases. He has handled a variety of these cases including, car accidents, premise liability, insurance bad faith, and product liability. John has a desire to help people and his experience in and out of the courtroom working with and assisting those who are injured makes a difference for our clients every day. John handles social security disability claims in addition to personal injury cases. John really enjoys assisting injured people on their journey to getting the compensation they deserve.
John graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. John attended California Western School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree. While in Law School he was a member of Law Review.
John lived in Madrid, Spain where he spent a part of his childhood. He is fluent in Spanish.
