Michele Baron
Michele joined Edward M. Bernstein & Associates in 2010 in the field of Social Security Disability Insurance claims. Prior to joining the firm, Michele was practicing civil litigation, real estate matters, collections, and landlord/tenant disputes. Discouraged by the lack of true assistance she could offer in this area of law, Michele felt that her experience working as Assistant Arizona Attorney General in the welfare division better suited her legal ability to help people obtain the benefits they deserved. Michele also brings her court experience as a criminal prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office in Phoenix, Arizona to our firm.
Michele's passion for helping people and her experience in and out of the courtroom working with and assisting the disabled in getting their social security disability benefits makes a difference for our clients every day. A native New Yorker, Michele began her career as a corporate trainer, later attending Hunter College in New York City, New York where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology; followed by William S. Boyd School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree.
