Travis "Bart" Brown
Bart joined Edward M. Bernstein & Associates in 1991. Bart is the firm’s most Senior Legal Assistant in the area of Worker’s Compensation. Bart’s combined 22 years of experience has been instrumental in helping thousands of injured worker’s through the claims process and settlement.
Prior to joining Bernstein & Associates, Bart began his career as a safety consultant and accident investigator. This experience led him to handle self-insured workers compensation claims for a large Employer Insurance company. Tired of fighting against the employer to get the benefits people deserved, Bart felt that his experience handling claims would be better used working for the injured worker helping to resolve their work related injuries.
Bart is from Pleasant Grove, Utah. He attended college at Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety. He is also a Licensed Worker’s Compensation Representative.
