Responsible for handling client litigation and non-litigation files and ensuring clients receive highest quality of service possible.

Requirements

Candidates must have a current license to practice in the State of Nevada and maintain the appropriate Continuing Legal Education credits for renewal. Three to Five years in civil litigation practice primarily in the areas of personal injury or worker’s compensation law (preferred) or the equivalent experience in insurance defense.
