Legal Assistant
Responsible for recognizing, managing and concluding client claim files (non-litigation).
Requirements
Candidates must have Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Personal Injury: prior experience working in auto insurance industry handling property damage and bodily injury claims and/or working in a law firm.
Worker’s Compensation: prior experience handling work related claims from either the employer or worker’s perspective and/or working in a law firm.
