Coroner IDs motorcyclist killed in Beltway crash

Created on July 26, 2010

Metro Police say a motorcyclist died in a three-vehicle crash on the Beltway near the Rainbow Boulevard interchange Thursday morning. The Clark County’s Coroner’s Office identified him today as Robert Lim Jr., 53, of Las Vegas. My condolences go out to his family.

The article explains that “Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Joseph Fackrell said a white Cadillac traveling in the exit lane toward Rainbow Boulevard cut back into traffic on the Beltway and struck a Toyota sport utility vehicle and Lim’s motorcycle. No one else was reported injured in the crash.”

My office has been helping motorcyclists hurt in accidents for over 30 years. More than 80 percent of all reported motorcycle accidents result in injury or death.
