Maria C. Fernandez-Atkinson
Maria joined Edward M. Bernstein & Associates in 1987.
For over 20 years, Maria has used her years of experience and education to handle claims and negotiate settlements helping thousands of clients. Maria primarily handles work related injuries, but has also helped many hundreds of our clients with auto accidents, premises liability and animal attack cases.
Maria, a native of Las Vegas, is the daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She continued her education at William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV where she earned her Juris Doctorate.
