Gary W. Call

Gary joined Edward M Bernstein and Associates in 2003. Gary has spent over 20 years as a lawyer helping thousands of people with their accident, injury and disability cases.

Gary began his career working as a Registered Nurse. He later attended California State University in Los Angeles where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to Willamette University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate.

Gary’s experience as an RN led him initially to provide medical-legal guidance for the State of Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Workers Compensation Division. Gary has worked for a large insurance company as a defense attorney defending clients in accidents, construction defect, and contract matters. Later, he decided to use his legal experience and expertise in the medical field to fight against the insurance companies.

As Senior Associate Attorney, Gary’s significant medical knowledge provides him a unique perspective, allowing him to better evaluate injury and disability claims. His experience has been invaluable to both our personal injury and social security disability clients. Gary is also a court appointed arbitrator for Clark county.
