Las Vegas Raiders Star Injured, Charged for DUI After Car Crash

Las Vegas Raiders star running back Josh Jacobs was arrested on a DUI charge early Monday morning after a single-car accident near McCarran International Airport. Jacobs, a 22-year old famous figure in the NFL is fresh off of his second season with over 1,000 rushing yards for the Raiders. The team arrived back in Las Vegas late on January 2nd, after their season-finale victory over the Denver Broncos. Hours after the Raiders made it back to Las Vegas, a single-car crash was reported on East Sunset Road at 4:42 a.m. Jacobs was found injured at the scene, as the apparent driver of the vehicle. He was then taken to a local hospital with minor injuries before being transferred to Clark County Detention Center and booked for a DUI, per Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
