A 67-year-old man was riding his bicycle on the south sidewalk of East Reno Avenue near Jeffreys Street at 9:36 p.m. on March 12 when a westbound pickup truck hopped the sidewalk curb and hit him, then a parked vehicle before fleeing the scene.
