A sizable portion of Las Vegas Boulevard was closed January 20th due to a fiery car crash that took place in front of the South Premium Outlet Mall just after 2:00 a.m.
According to police, a BMW traveling southbound hit a guardrail and flipped into the opposing northbound traffic.
From there the BMW struck another car head on, which then hit a third vehicle as well. The driver of the MBW, identified by Las Vegas Metro Police as a 42-year-old woman, was unfortunately killed in the accident.
The driver of the vehicle that was struck head on by the BMW was identified by police as a 70-year-old man. The man was immediately taken to University Medical Trauma Center.
The motorist in the third vehicle involved in the crash was said to have suffered minor injuries.
