Bus Crashes into Patrol Car on Las Vegas Boulevard A Regional Transportation Commission bus crashed into a Las Vegas Police Department patrol car on the morning of July 26th. According to police, the crash occurred on Las Vegas Boulevard near the Circus Circus hotel at 6:25 am. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was in the process of taking a person into custody from the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino when the bus tried to go around the patrol car. However, due to nearby road construction, the bus was sent into the back of a police vehicle.  No injuries were reported, however this incident remains under investigation.   “Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area.
