Man Killed in Fatal Rollover Crash on 215 Beltway The Clark County Coroner has released the identity of a man who was killed in a rollover crash on the 215 beltway on the evening of April 24. Michael Rennie Kennedy Jr., 36, lost his life in the crash after suffering substantial blunt force injuries. Nevada Highway Patrol says that they responded to a rollover crash on the westbound 215 beltway at the Windmill off-ramp, where they found Kennedy deceased in an apparent accident. Police closed a section of the highway until 3:46 a.m. in order to investigate the incident.   “Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area.
