Cyclist Dies Weeks after Hit-&-Run Accident
On March 12th, there was a hit and run accident on Reno Ave where a gold or silver Chevrolet extended cab pickup truck was traveling west. It was reported that the truck crossed into eastbound traffic and hit a cyclist on the sidewalk before continuing on and hitting a vehicle stopped in a residential driveway and fleeing the scene.
The cyclist was a 67-year-old Las Vegas man. He was taken to Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center to be treated. It was reported that on April 3rd, the cyclist passed away.
