Driver Arrested After Fatal Crash in Las Vegas Nevada A man in a motorized wheelchair was struck and killed by a driver Saturday night in the West Valley of Las Vegas, police said. The crash occurred around 10:11 p.m. at Decatur Boulevard and Flamingo Road. The 61-year-old man was crossing Decatur north of Flamingo in a motorized wheelchair, when he was struck by a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 and thrown into the roadway. He was transported to University Medical Center but later died. According to the police, the Dodge driver was possibly impaired. Kevin Robinson, 53, was arrested and booked. He is being held at Clark County Detention Center on charges of DUI above the legal limit resulting in death, and operating an uninsured and unregistered vehicle.
