Motorist Faces DUI Charges in Fatal Crash One person has passed away following a four-car collision on the evening of December 4th.    Police were called to the scene of the crash around 7 p.m. as a silver Lexus sedan was headed north on Eastern Avenue and a red Toyota sedan failed to halt at a stop sign. The Lexus and Toyota collided at the intersection and two other vehicles were struck as well.   The driver of the Lexus was rushed to the hospital and was later pronounced dead. Their identity has not yet been released.   The driver of the Toyota, 30-year-old Dustin Porter, sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. Porter was taken into custody by Las Vegas Metro Police and is facing charges of DUI Resulting in Death and Failure To Obey at a Controlled Intersection.   The driver from the third vehicle suffered some injuries and is expected to recover.   Police believe that both speed and impairment were factors in the crash.   “Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area.
