Licensed to practice law in Nevada since 2019, Nick has experience in criminal law, consumer law, and landlord tenant law. Nick was a law clerk for the Honorable Douglas Smith in District Court and has experience on both sides of the law working as a prosecutor and defense attorney in both criminal and civil cases. Nick also has Jury trial experience in State and Federal Court.
As a member of the litigation team at Edward M. Bernstein & Associates, Nick recognizes the importance of representing the injured and disabled members of the community and ensuring that they are fairly compensated for their injuries and will use the same zealous advocacy as he did in criminal law, to now help those with their workman’s compensation & personal injury issues.
Nick was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Sociology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He attended William S. Boyd School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree.
Nick enjoys martial arts, writing music, and spending time with his two children
