Motorcycle Crash Causes Fatality in North Las Vegas A Friday morning motorcycle crash on I-15 in North Las Vegas leaves one person dead.  The incident happened around 1:43 a.m. on April 10. According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the motorcycle was traveling at a high speed on the I-15 northbound toward Craig Road when the driver struck the back of a cement truck. The motorcycle driver was transported to University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the crash. I-15 northbound lanes were closed at Craig while police investigated. The area reopened Friday morning around 6:30 a.m. The accident marks the NHP Southern Command’s eleventh fatal crash in 2020.
