Car Crash in Las Vegas Causes Car to Strike RTC Bus The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said that around 2:30 pm on Sunday, a crash occurred at the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Sloan Lane. LVMPD stated that a Chrysler, driving eastbound on Charleston, was clipped by a Solara at the Charleston and Sloan intersection. According to police, the collision caused the driver of the Chrysler to lose control of the vehicle, causing it to crash into a stationary RTC bus. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and there were no injuries reported from anyone on the RTC bus. Charleston Boulevard eastbound was reopened shortly after the incident.       “Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area.
