A Car Crash in Las Vegas Nevada Leads to One Person Dead

A passenger riding in a sedan was killed Friday, January 15th after a devastating car crash in north Las Vegas. The crash occurred near Craig Road and Bruce Street around 7:30 p.m. when an SUV hit the passenger side of a Hyundai sedan that was attempting to make a left turn at a yellow light. Police said that the SUV did have the right of way in the incident. The passenger closest to the impact with the SUV was unfortunately killed while the three other people in the car were taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries. The driver of the SUV was not impaired and cooperative with the investigation, according to police. Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area.
