Las Vegas Crash Involving a Car and Motorcycle Proves Fatal

The Nevada Highway Patrol was investigating a fatal crash on Thursday that killed a motorcycle rider. The accident occurred when a car and motorcycle collided around 7:30 p.m. near Lake Mead Boulevard and the Mile 3 marker, said the NHP. An eyewitness told troopers that a Nissan was stopped on the eastbound right shoulder as a Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Lake Mead. The Nissan driver made an unsafe U-turn onto Lake Mead and impacted with the front of the motorcycle. The rider was thrown off his motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene. “My name is Timothy J. Smith, and I must say Ed’s team is a well oiled machine with heart! At the age of 43, I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C, Genome 1b (sub type). At the age of 48 I found that one of the main symptoms of Hep. C is fatigue, and after working continuously since the age of 16, I found I could not keep up with the “climb to the top, multi tasking, do it right not over” work effort, I was going to have to rely on my disability insurance from our company’s short and long term disability insurer named after a mountain in Sicily.
