One Killed in Fiery Crash on 215 A fiery crash claimed the life of one person and closed down SR215 on the morning of July 9th in Las Vegas. The crash was first reported around 8:15 a.m. and multiple lanes of traffic were closed as NHP investigated the incident. According to police, the driver of a white BMW rear-ended a construction crane that was traveling at a low rate of speed in the far right lane. The driver did not reduce speed before colliding with the crane and the BMW burst into flames immediately after impact. Strong efforts were made to rescue the driver of the BMW from the flaming car but unfortunately the driver passed away at the scene of the crash.   “Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area.
