3 Killed in 4-Car Crash in Northern Nevada

3 Killed in 4-Car Crash in Northern Nevada Three people have been killed in a four-car crash in Elko county on the evening of February 11th, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol. The crash took place on U.S. Highway 93 about 27 miles north of Wells. Three pickup trucks and a U-Haul moving van were involved in the crash that led to the tragic death of three California residents. A white Dodge pickup was traveling southbound and crossed into the northbound lanes before sideswiping the U-Haul moving truck. The white truck then continued into northbound traffic and collided head-on with a blue pickup truck, then colliding with a gray Toyota pickup truck.  The driver of the white Dodge pickup, 24-year-old Sterling Jay Price was killed at the scene of the trash. The two passengers of the blue truck - Ramon Miguel Pena, 25, and Bryann Mendoza, 25, were also killed. An adult male passenger of the white pickup truck sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital. A juvenile passenger in the blue truck sustained life-threatening injuries and remains in critical condition.
