Las Vegas Pedestrian Struck by Semi-Truck in Critical Condition
A pedestrian hit by a semi-truck in the Southeast Valley was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
The City of Henderson Police and Fire Departments were dispatched around 11:10 a.m. to the eastbound area of Lake Mead Parkway and Boulder Highway.
Preliminary details indicate a pedestrian on the center median of Lake Mead walked into the road and into the path of the semi-truck traveling eastbound.
Speed or impairment did not appear to be the cause of the incident at this time.
