Marshawn Lynch, former NFL running back for the Bills, Seahawks and Raiders, was arrested in Las Vegas on Tuesday morning for driving under the influence. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed via Twitter that Lynch was arrested near the Las Vegas Strip around 7:30 am on Tuesday morning after the Ford Mustang GT500 he was driving had been seen swerving in and out of lanes and repeatedly hitting multiple curbs. Bodycam footage from responding officers showed Lynch was asleep behind the wheel when police arrived at the scene. Images of the Mustang were later obtained by TMZ. This incident is not Lynch’s first vehicle-related arrest. Lynch had his license revoked in 2008 after a hit-and-run incident in Buffalo while still a member of the Bills. He was also arrested for DUI in California in 2012 before pleading guilty to reckless driving in 2014. “Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area.
