Teenager in Critical Condition After Being Struck by Jeep A 15-year-old boy was hit by a red 2013 Jeep Wrangler on Tuesday afternoon, around 2:55 p.m., near Sahara and Burnham Avenues in the east valley area of Las Vegas.   The critical injury crash happened when the Jeep was driving west on Sahara approaching Burnham, Las Vegas police said. The teenager was crossing outside of the marked crosswalk. The Jeep struck the boy, knocking him into the street. The 15-year-old was taken to Sunrise Hospital by medical personnel, where he remains in critical condition. The driver of the Jeep remained at the scene and didn’t seem impaired, according to the police.
