Woman “Intentionally” Hits Two Teens With Her Car Police say a woman intentionally hit two juveniles with her car on the afternoon of Monday, March 28th.  The crash happened near Basic Academy of International Studies, a high school in the area of Palo Verde Drive and Burkholder Boulevard. One of the kids was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries while the other was treated on the scene for minor injuries.  It is not clear how old the juveniles were and police did not specify if they are students at the nearby Basic Academy of International Studies. The motive behind the woman's actions is still unknown.  Fatima Mitchell, 36, was arrested and booked into the Henderson Detention Center on two counts of Attempted Murder with a Deadly Weapon.
